PROJECT: SHENYANG YOUTH ACTIVITY CENTER
Shenyang Youth Activity Center – is just like a Stone that have been polished, was relocated to the Science and Technology Park of Weinan National University, which is located in Hunnan New District in Shenyang City. The new site of the City Youth Activity Center is composed of 12 architectural sections and is divided into theatrical and audio visual areas, livelihood service areas, cultural and technological experience areas, event areas, teaching areas, social organization district and so on.
Covering area of 42,757.97 square meters and a total construction area of 57,495.50 square meters. It is a three- to six-story building on the ground floor and underground. The underground construction area is 7449.17 square meters, and the above ground construction area is 50046.33 square meters.
The overall appearance of the building is red, and there are several white spaces between the buildings. Each building area is irregularly shaped. It means that young people have distinctive personalities and they need to constantly polish and unite. The mainly construction color is red Terracotta Cladding.
It is the “cities of growth experience” for teenagers with the largest scale, the most complete functional facilities and the most complete service projects in China. LOPO China is very honored to produce the Terracotta Cladding for this project.
